In my paintings, I continue my work with the man & trees. The setting has changed, & the landscape has moved indoors. The background is often a stage set with trees as props & the frequent appearance of the aluminum chair. The moon is suspended from a string; sometimes there is a bird. The often lone figure waits for his cue. The director is in the wings.

From the State Capitol in downtown Columbia, take Gervais Street (U.S. 1) west, turn immediately right onto Assembly Street, then immediately left onto Lady Street. Pass Park & Lincoln streets; 808 Lady is on the left in the Vista Studios building.
