I put equal importance on the viewer’s interpretation of the art as I do my own, rarely being specific as to its meaning. The mystery is part of the appeal; it helps the viewer bring their own life to the art. I work in a variety of media to create multiple layers & textures in my work, & I am captured by the freedom of creating abstracts with a bit of whimsy thrown in.

Directions:
From the State Capitol in Columbia, take Gervais Street (U.S. 1) east to Bull St. Turn left & follow Bull St. north to I-277. Take I-277 until you reach I-20 exit to Florence. Take I-20 East, then take Clemson Road exit. Head north 3 miles on Clemson, then turn left into the Village at Sandhill from Clemson Road. Go straight toward shops; Village Artists is directly next door to Panera Bread.
