It’s a joy for me to paint people, places, still lifes and interiors using primarily oils and pastels. As the art is viewed, my hope is that one’s burden is lifted, a memory is rekindled, or someone is spurred to action. In 2005, I was honored along with about forty Lexington County Artists to have been selected to show a piece of my work, “Wind in Her Hair.” I have been awarded a number of Artist in Residences in our beautiful State Parks and published in The Lexington Chronicle and Mid Carolina Magazine.
