From the State Capitol in downtown Columbia, take U.S. 1 (Gervais Street) east. Turn left onto Millwood Avenue, go .4 miles and turn right onto Forest Drive. Go 3 miles on Forest to intersection of Trenholm Road. Turn left onto Trenholm. Go .5 miles and turn right on Spring Lake Road. Follow Spring Lake across the bridge (approximately 1 mile).
