Donate to 701 CCA

Thanks to you, 701 CCA is growing strong!

Your gift will allow our non-profit organization to continue the stimulating programming and community enrichment we provide via the 701 Center for Contemporary Art gallery and Artist in Residence center.

We strive to contribute to South Carolina’s creative economy by presenting cutting-edge exhibitions of regional, national and international contemporary art; youth art workshops; large-scale, community art events like Columbia Open Studios, and the 701 CCA Artist in Residence program, which allows fine artists to live and work in our loft at historic 701 Whaley in Columbia, SC.

Yes, I would like to help!

Investing in 701 CCA is easy. Your generosity will encourage interaction between visual arts and other art forms as we serve as the hub for all forms of contemporary artistic expression in our community.

2018 Highlights

This year marked 701 Center for Contemporary Art's 10 Year Anniversary and it was an exceptional year indeed. From the highest ever reported sales by the 70 artists who participated in Columbia Open Studios 2018 to being selected as the flagship institution for the S.C. Arts Commission's 50th Anniversary fellowship retrospective and, finally, ending the year with an 87% increase in submissions to the 701 CCA Prize 2018.
